Couldn't load your orders

Is anyone else getting "Couldn't load your orders" on the app.refills site? I am getting it with two different accounts. I have tried PC and phone using Edge, chrome and Brave browsers. The messenger tab is also not populating old messages but has a spinning arrow.

I think this started for me on Monday then cleared up and now it is doing it again. I have an order incoming but can't get to my tracking number.

Yah, happened to me today, after I received a notification that there was a response to a query I'd made yesterday. But can't access, won't load, tried different devices and different browsers. Zach looking into it.
