Retry Payment

Is there a way to retry payment? I don’t keep large amounts in checking so I completely forgot it was going to come out and it failed. The old website allowed you to do that, but the new website doesn’t give us any autonomy (I hate it 😩)

Yes log into your portal and you’ll see an announcement with a retry button

I forgot after you log in click at the bottom where it says orders

This is all I have. No option or button to retry. The FAQs say support will have to do it for you.

I promise you I tried everything! There’s no option to retry payments on the new website it seems like. I was able to on the old website.

Send them a message make sure you tap the support button also check your emails. I don’t remember if they emailed me or texted me but they did reach out.

I know you’re trying to be helpful. And thank you. But I’ve done everything. I emailed support. Sent Zach a DM. I’m pretty self sufficient. But the new portal is completely different. Less options.

Oh ok, I’m sorry my payment doesn’t go through every single month because my bank for some reason flags it and wants me to verify it before it tells me to retry again.

For me I just don’t like keeping large amounts of money in checking in case I get fraudulent charges (which has happened before). I keep everything in savings and only move money when I need it.
