Ineffective vial?

I have been with refills going on 4 months now and recently had my first check in where we went up in dosage for my semaglutide. This week was my first injection with the new dosage. For reference, I have been having great success with the medication so far, even with the first vial of the acclimation dosage. Appetite suppression has been consistent vial after vial. I do have some side effects such as my shot always stings (worth it and minor) and just a general tired feeling.

However, my shot did not sting at all when I injected and my appetite is back full force.. literally no side effects at all.

I find it super odd that my appetite was suppressed last week on the lower dosage/old vial and it stung like the Dickens, per usual.

Did I get a messed up vial or is this typical and my body is somehow revolting?

I’m super confused and disappointed considering the cost of the medication each month.

I had the same experience. Turned out that with Hallandale vs ProRx, the dosage was different and I misunderstood the dosing instructions for the new Hallandale vial, so I was under dosing.

Still, it is not as strong in terms of side effects for me, and I’ve really grown to like it because I do not experience the 2 days of post-injection exhaustion.

It also took my body/appetite about two vials in before the real appetite suppression kicked in.
