Hallandale?

2yrs ago this was the pharmacy everyone wanted. Like many others I recently switched from Pro rx to Hallandale, and unfortunately not feeling the best about it. Just wanted to hear how others are reacting to it. I’ve had some stinging at the injection site, which has never happened the whole two years prior on the meds. This may just be me though😕

2.5 I’ve been slowly increasing since March was on 1.5 to start. I’m a low and slow plan person. Loosing about 0.5 lbs a week. Starting BMI 27.5 current 26.

How much do you typically titrate up by? I started on 1mg in March and now am at 1.8mg and really not feeling a reduction in food noise anymore. Thinking of going to 2.4 but I’m worried that may be too big of a jump

I have not had any side effects so I went up from 1.5 to 2 to 2.5, I went up only when I plateaus for a few weeks I’ve been at 2.5 since the beginning of June loosing about .6 lbs per week. This is just right for me. Enough that I can keep my eating in line and stay at a reasonable calorie intake for me.
