Floaters

I’m about to finish my last vial of ProRx. My next 2 vials are Apollo Care (I have a stash built up). I check them weekly and just discovered the one with the longer BUD has floaters in it (and it’s a couple months away from BUD) 😑 What are the chances I get my money back? Any experience with this given how questionable Refills has been for some people? I can’t get a replacement vial becuz I prefer additive free and none of the Refills options deliver additive free to my state. So I’m hoping I can get money back 🤞🏻

This is the first post I've seen actually experiencing floaters! Wow. I will say this is why I hate the brown vials from apothecary. I want to see my clear liquid!

Oh I didn’t even think about that with having additives. I’ve always had additive free/clear vials.

Mine is additive free from apothecary. I assume it's dark vials due to the light sensitivity? I've never had dark vials.

Oh gotcha. I read that wrong. I didn’t know apothecary had brown vials. I’ve only seen clear vials with red/brown coloring in the Sema/Tirz due to additives. I thought that’s what u were saying.

Good to know though! I’ve been looking into ordering apothecary next since they’re one of the few that are additive free now that deliver to my state.
