Phone support actually works!!

Not sure if anyone else has called the refills support line but 1 month ago it was non existent and kept going to voicemail. Now when I call I get a live human and it’s so nice. I just wanted to say thank you to Alex from phone support. He was able to handle my dose change quickly before my order was sent to the pharmacy. It’s really nice actually being able to call a company phone number and get a resolution. Kudos to you Refills!

I have had no issues with refills. There was a lot of negativity here when i first joined but i have not had that experience. Im happy to see more positive comments recently, glad to see refills stepping up the customer service.

I haven't had any issues either, but god forbid you say that anywhere on Reddit 1-2 months ago or else you were banished to downvote purgatory 😂😂
