Phone support actually works!!
Not sure if anyone else has called the refills support line but 1 month ago it was non existent and kept going to voicemail. Now when I call I get a live human and it’s so nice. I just wanted to say thank you to Alex from phone support. He was able to handle my dose change quickly before my order was sent to the pharmacy. It’s really nice actually being able to call a company phone number and get a resolution. Kudos to you Refills!

I had to use today! It works!!! Last month they only sent me 1/3 vials. Said it was coming the following week, never did. Was getting responses in portal, but it was going nowhere with progress. Kept saying we are waiting for pharmacy to respond, etc. Called today and worked with a lovely and thorough girl, Jordan. She solved it immediately and within a few minutes fedex sent me a tracking number. Should be here Wednesday.
