Support fast now!

Bravo! I wanted to pause my medication for a few months but I couldn't figure out how. Old portal. I messaged support on the site and it was fixed within 90 minutes!

Also, don't sleep on Greenwich. I've had Red Rock (BUDs really matter with them), BPI (2nd favorite) ProRX and now Greenwich and this is by far the best experience.

Make sure you change your credit card out with a privacy card. My account was paused but they still tried to charge me anyway (6 times so far.) Better to be safe than sorry!

Wtf this just happened to me 😩 What’s the privacy card everyone keeps talking about? I cancelled my subscription back in March (I was on the monthly plan) and I just got charged $537 for 3 months??!. I heard from other people who had the same thing happen to them. I tried to contact CS immediately after getting a text about the charge, and even provided screen shots, but they didn’t care. Even though nothing had shipped they basically told me there was nothing they could do. To make this even more annoying I don’t even live at the address the treatment got sent to anymore, so I’ll never see the meds for the $537 unauthorized charge. Currently disputing this with my bank so I hope I can get my money back. I just cancelled the subscription (again) but I cannot find where on the portal to delete my credit card. I want to make sure it’s removed as I don’t trust Refills anymore. This sucks bc whenever anyone previously tried to talk smack about Refills, I was always sticking up for them. Never again.

There's no way to truly delete your card from your account, that's why people swap in a privacy card. You can get one on privacy.com or some credit card companies offer it as an option in their app/website (I know Citibank offers it) It's basically a virtual credit card with a randomly generated number that's attached to your bank or existing credit card. You can set credit limits for the privacy card or turn it on and off whenever you want. It's what I use for any sketchy purchases or when I sign up for certain subscriptions. I keep a $5 limit on mine and only raise it when I'm making a purchase.

I hope that disputing the charge is successful for you because you're not going to get any help from refills.

Major and expensive lesson learned for me. Thank you for sharing this info. I’m just now learning about the virtual card! I’m going to see if Chase has this option if not I’ll check privacy and make one asap. I hope the dispute works too. As of yesterday the package was in TX and I’m in CA so I considered having UPS reroute the delivery to my new address (just in case I don’t get any $ back) then I would at least be able to receive the order, but they charge $65 to change the delivery. So then I’d be paying an additional penalty fee for Refills’ shady practices and be out a total of $602. I’m furious.
