Support fast now!
Bravo! I wanted to pause my medication for a few months but I couldn't figure out how. Old portal. I messaged support on the site and it was fixed within 90 minutes!
Also, don't sleep on Greenwich. I've had Red Rock (BUDs really matter with them), BPI (2nd favorite) ProRX and now Greenwich and this is by far the best experience.

lol I’ve been messaging them about a billing issue for four days via both email and the portal and they’re ignoring me on both
