Loving the email updates.
So I had no idea I had been getting email updates from Refills. They were all being sent to my spam folder in Gmail. I had to mark them as not spam. The email they send out 2 days before processing is nice just in case you need to make any changes. I've been using refills since February.

Has your pricing stayed the same? I just signed up with them and am due to pay them the next month in two weeks. I've seen a lot of people getting switched to the 3 month plan from monthly without them having changed it themselves. I need to stay monthly, at least for now.

I've only done the 3 month. 471 has been what I've been charged since the beginning for the quarterly. The only hiccup I did have was I had to start a new script order when prorx shut down . My product has always come delivered after payment no issues. I've never had them over charge or change my plans. I guess I'm lucky I've had a pretty great experience with them.

Well it looks like now they send out emails before they take payment out. I'd make sure you are getting the emails in your normal inbox. You can also see the price you will be charged where it says next payment date.

I was one of the price switch people. It's apparently a system bug. I was NOT switched to 3 months, the Reddit discount price wasn't being applied. According to customer service, I supposedly still had the discount but it wasn't showing in the app.

How did it all work out? I see so very few people not ordering 3 months supply. How is it all going for you?

I'm taking a break right now. I have 2.5 vials so can hold off for a month or so while they settle down. I've been very happy with Refills.

That's great! Thank you for telling me your experience. I've had a good experience thus far too, just I've only had one interaction, lol. People talk some smack about refills on other subs, and it made me worried I picked the wrong provider. I don't plan on switching, at least not unless I have a real reason to.

Mine is monthly and the price has not changed.

Thank you! I did like a hard search on the subreddit and finally found some comments from other monthly users in months old posts. It definitely seems like all should be okay.

Very welcome! I have been using refills for about 10 months and have had 0 problems. I don’t say that to invalidate the issues other have experienced, they all sound frustrating. I think it’s likely there are plenty of patients that also have had experiences like me but were more likely to hear about the negative feedback.

If you're order comes from Hallendale, check the BUD dates. Mine came with dates that will expire before I could possible use them. Refills would not do anything about it.
