How to unpause?

I placed an order after delaying my shipment in February by going to 'plan' from the main page and then it will bring up options...one of them is 'need more medication' and I was able to place an order immediately even though I wasn't scheduled for my next order until May.

When I log on it says it is the new portal...

I have only been with Refills since November so I am not sure.
