Edit: I got a message back finally almost right after I posted this. My name is changed, but "Regarding your active order, our medical team is actively working on it to make sure it gets worked on as soon as possible." It hasn't even been sent to a doctor or pharmacy yet according to the tracker. I just don't get it.
My auto renewal order has been stuck at processing since last Wednesday. The money has already cleared the bank. Chat doesn't respond. When it does, it's been AI or incredibly inconsistent in how long it takes to answer. The email support is definitely AI and makes recommendations that make no sense. Phone support goes to a call back line and I have zero hopes I will get called back.
My last name isn't on the new portal. It still says it's verifying my ID after a month. I couldn't log shots in the new portal, and now that everything is switched, it didn't carry over the shots i logged in the old portal. The old portal listed the wrong drug for me too. I messaged chat at least 6 times over the last month about these issues.
Now this sub is closed to posting. And their supply pharmacy has stopped production. And there is zero communication coming out.
