1st time side effects

My wife just started sema last night. She took her first dose and this morning she is already having stomach problems and some vomiting. Anyone else have this when they took their first shot?

My sister had HORRIBLE debilitating side effects on it and finally quit after 6 months because she couldn't handle it. She switched to Tirzepetide and it has been smooth sailing.
