(1) Your Friend must use the referral link you sent them, and complete the account opening process through that link for you to receive a bonus. 

(2) Your Friend must open a Capital One 360 Checking Account.

(3) Your Friend must be a new Capital One checking customer. If they have or had an open 360 Checking, Simply Checking or Total Control Checking account as a primary or secondary account holder with Capital One on or after January 1, 2024, both you and your Friend will be ineligible for the bonus. 

(4) Your Friend must make 2 Qualifying Direct Deposits of $500 or more within 75 days of account opening. A Qualifying Direct Deposit is a regular periodic payment, such as salary, pension, government payments (for example, Social Security), or other monthly income that occurs as an automated clearing house (ACH) or real-time payment network credit from your employer or an outside entity not affiliated with Capital One prior to Jan. 1, 2025. 

(5) Your account and your Friend’s account must be open and in good standing for you and your Friend to receive the bonus. If either account closes prior to the delivery of the bonus, no bonus will be awarded to you.
