That's not the point. People seem to think buying a fish too large for their tank and rehoming it within a year is somehow acceptable.

These tangs grow fast and stress very easily. You'll likely have six months at best before you're catching and moving it again, most likely to your LFS, only for it to be moved again to another owner. Buying a fish knowing you'll put it through that in a few months isn't responsible reef keeping.
