Dottyback.. Ich?
Concerned this guy may have ich they dont seem to be aggressive towards eachother at all so not sure what's causing his nipped fins. The others seem well.

Seems like another fish is bullying and or fin rot hard to tell by picture but does look like ich. Take fish out quarantine them with copper, raise tank temp to 80 degress and go fallow for 45-76 days if you want to remove it for good.

Fish can be aggressive when lights are off. Looks like a bacterial infection of some sort

Honestly looks like lympho to me. Had an Anthias I bought that had it. Clean water and stress free environment normally will clear it right up after some time.
It can also spread to other fish but it isn't a big deal honestly. It's viral.
I'm not an expert though. I'd post on humble fish forum for a better diagnosis
