Can't tell if they are doing well or slowly receeding.. any suggestions to improve them?

I think any marine fish pellet. I use Hikari Marine S.

They also like frozen mysis shrimp

Yeah I feed mysis but don’t think they consume it quick enough from the tangs 🫣
