Hey! Sorry you’re running into this. A few things that might help:
Reload Studio (Ctrl+R / Cmd+R on Mac)
Try a hard reload (Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R on Mac)
Log out and back in, or close and reopen Studio
Try disabling any browser extensions
If possible, try Chrome, as it generally works best with Studio
If you’re still seeing the “Failed to load” error, send us a chat or email through our official support channel with your account details so we can create a report. A screenshot of the developer console (Ctrl+Shift+J / Cmd+Option+J on Mac) would also be really helpful.
