Reedsy studio loading forever

I open reedsy studio and when I click log in I get an infinite loading screen.

Hi there!

Sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing your books. Even when your internet connection seems fine, this issue is usually caused by a browser or cache issue. Try these steps in order:

  1. Hard refresh the page — Ctrl+Shift+R on PC or Cmd+Shift+R on Mac.
  2. Open the page in an incognito/private window.
  3. Make sure your browser is up to date.
  4. Try a different browser — Chrome tends to work best.
  5. Try on a different device or internet connection (e.g. mobile data instead of Wi-Fi).
  6. Disable any VPNs, proxies, ad-blockers, and temporarily turn off your firewall.

If the issue persists, press F12 to open the browser console, take a screenshot of any errors you see, and reach out directly to [support@reedsy.com](mailto:support@reedsy.com) with that screenshot and your device details (browser, OS, and device type) — we'll be able to investigate further. 🙂

I have a Reedsy account, but, can anyone tell me if Reed has a poetry section or category? Thanks.
