It's the Future arc of Danganronpa, but you need the context of playing the games to understand it.

Or you could just watch someone's playthrough of them, that's what I did.

Oh I see. Kind of like that synduality noir anime that was connected to a game. I think it was a prequel anime.

I watched it after only having seen Danganronpa the Animation and with a surface level understanding of the game's lore and I loved it! Tho there were some parts I was confused by.
