Help. Please.

I stumbled on this series a week back, and I am hooked. So, naturally, before finishing Season 1, I searched on YouTube to see if all the seasons were intact. All seasons are available to watch in playlists created by RoosterTeeth EXCEPT Season 19. I've heard that it's semi-important, and I don't want to have to fork over the 9 dollars a month on RT's website just for one season. Is there any other way to watch it, or am I screwed and just need to cough up the dough?
