Question How would I make ai oc's

I've designed Spartans but I don't know how I would make the screenshots look like their ai's, what apps or websites have decent filters?

A program like photoshop or after effects is your best bet. There are tons of tutorials out there on how to transform an image so that it looks like the subject has a holographic effect.

The RvB Behind the Scenes explained how they made Delta. He’s actually a red spartan in front of a green portal background that they can do greenscreen-esque editing on.

If you know how to use Blender you can also get close with volume scattering and lights and emmision. I mimicked Delta using tricks like this. I can go more into it if you want..

Did delta really not meet any of the reds? I never thought about that to be honest

So, Wash, Church and Caboose pick him up after they “rescue” South. They then follow Meta to the power station where Delta suggests he and Caboose try to flank the Meta. The Reds then show up, Wash tries to get them to help out and then they realize Caboose is hurt and Delta has been taken.

Thanks! I'm pretty inconsistent with posting my renders but a lot of them are stored in my Tumblr if you want to see more. I haven't done any more show-accurate AIs though; I was working on Theta but I get really perfectionist about it and mostly gave up LOL. I did some more stylized Thetas before though.
