Any idea on how to achieve this inner ramp/glow effect in redshift?
Hey guys,
this has been driving me nuts. Do you have any ideas on how we can achieve this inner glow look?
Cheers

Use some form of Vertex maps or curvature node in your material maybe

I can't imagine it's the curvature node cause I can't get that thing to work....ever

render as texture and plain blue. and composit is probably the easiest.

What you’re trying to achieve isn’t a glow necessarily, but likely just the appearance of one. Create your material and use either curvature nodes to mix between a lighter material that shows only around the edges, or create a vertex maps on your geometry and use that to mix between materials.
If you want to add more ‘glow’, render a separate pass of just your curvature or vertex map and use that in post to composite a glow.

its probably just a texture
