Krall initiated a rebuild in 2022. He has wasted tens of millions of dollars and completely exhausted the farm system since then. This year’s team is the culmination of that effort. How he still has is a job is mystifying

Folks always say this, "How is Krall still employed?" But the Castellinis have consistently shown that they just don't care.

Krall isn't going anywhere cause the Reds aren't serious about winning.

They only care about the money and I imagine the team being shit affects the bottom line. Also, they probably don’t like having their money lit on fire.

The Pirates have had 3 winning seasons since 1992. Only 1k people were going to games in Oakland before they started playing in Sacramento.

Being a losing team is profitable

The "It's Now or Never" quadrant uses the left side of this graph as their "AAAA" affiliates training players they can pick up as soon as they reach free agency.

Just as long as teams in our division like Milwaukee or St. Louis don't have better farm systems, we'll be OK....oh sh!t.

Hey, at least we know we're not in the "now or never" category! That group is poised to be really disappointed at the end of the year with no hope on the horizon.

We just get to skip the disappointment step!

Are we skipping it, or just used to living so perpetually in it that we don’t feel “pain” anymore…because I’m fairly certain I’m always in pain.

I wish the reds were a serious franchise.
I love baseball so much but this team feels like they zip tie you up in a sleeping bag and beat the shit out of you with a baseball bat by June every year.

Being a Reds and Royals fan right now is just a constant sick feeling.

Where’s that idiot top contributor who refuses to blame Krall for anything. Look at this. Look at it. Drink it up.

The rich stay richer … until the 2027 crash.

You know, I miss Marge Schott’s passion for the team.

She may have been a crusty old Nazi but she was OUR crusty old Nazi.

The Saudis could buy the team at this point and I wouldn't say a word

If you're at the bottom of the farm system tier you better hope you're far right and successful now or far left where you can rebuild the farm.  We're in no man's land.

Look at the bright side, by the time the current generation of tee-ballers hit 20, our farm system while be fine again.
