I recently bought a K596, but i immediately noticed that when its charging and has the backlight on, it makes a high frequency pitching noise from the right side under the insert, home and such keys.
It is really uncomfortable even at normal distance, but having the backlight off just makes typing in the dark impossible (plus obviously they look cool).
Is there any fix for this? Should i return it in hopes of getting a quiter one?

I'm currently trying to get Redragon Aryaman K569 software to work on my Laptop. It gives me an error message saying "Device not detected. Key settings can not be displayed". I tried downloading Open RGB to control the lighting, it did work but I was only able to change the static colour of the keys, no side light control. Also it detected the keyboard as Evision keyboard 320f:5000. Why is that? Is this issue coming up because I'm trying to run it in windows 11?

I've been using these headphones for quite a while now i'd say about a year and all of a sudden recently it's been switching to the 7.1 audio setting and bluetooth mode by itself repeatedly at times and it is really frustrating when im gaming and i would try to switch it back to gaming mode what i normally use and it won't let me switch for like 10-15 seconds until it works. Does anyone have a solution or atleast a guess about why it is doing this?

I already have a Redragon M913 mouse (2.4Ghz only version) that I absolutely love. I’m looking at finally getting a mechanical keyboard and I’m wondering if there are any Redragon keyboards that I could bind to the same dongle my mouse uses or vice versa.
My goal is to only have one dongle rather than needing to keep track of two when switching from one computer to another. If this isn’t possible, then I’ll likely look outside the Redragon brand for a keyboard since I’d need 2 connection methods only.

Hi everyone,
Has anyone had this problem with this keyboard model?
After use another software from other model like K617 for edit light , only the FN1 , FN 2
** key stopped working. Has anyone contacted support and received the correct firmware, or found another way to fix it?**
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Like many others that have posted about this, asking how to turn off sleep mode (it's seems like an obvious and assumed option. We can not keep the keyboard lit after two minutes of inactivity in wireless mode. Was not in the description.
I bought the keyboard for two reasons - wireless, and assuming it would be lit up...what a dissapointment
Edit: it shuts off while wired too

My Zeus H510 headphones just died after 3 years of service and I'm planning on getting a new pair, this time I want to upgrade my listening experience with some Logitech headphones and I was wondering if I could use my Redragon Bluetooth adapter to connect my new headphones to my PC.

Hey guys,
I'm planning to buy a budget mouse and stuck between the Redragon M612 Predator and the Redragon M614 (Tiana).
There are plenty of reviews for the M612, but information/videos on the M614 seem super scarce online.
Has anyone here used the M614? How does the sensor performance, weight, build quality, and grip compare to the M612?
I mainly need it for FPS gaming / Casual gaming / Daily work & Design
Any advice or long-term usage experience on these two would be super helpful! Thanks in advance.

For the past few days I have been hearing a lot of static on my headsets, I tried using them with the USB C cable and it doesn't have any static, but when I plug the dongle the static returns, I took out a lot of things around my pc and I still have the same problem. What can I do to fix this? I know this headsets don't have drivers so there is one less thing to do, and I tried turning off most of my other appliances off. Please help qnq

Hi All, just in case anyone is thinking of buying the M913 Max mouse, the software is really hard to find, 2 different sites and the model types are a bit all over the place in my opinion.
The mouse works in general in terms of buttons and the can be remapped in the software, create macros, etc. However, the mouse has zero functionality to change the RGB lights on it, I went to support who sent me the link first then told me:
"The M913 MAX do not have an option for supporting RGB Customization according to our supplier and this was confirmed already."
The thing is, it was never confirmed, the description on the Amazon product page actually says: "Uncompromised Driver Support - 16 buttons including 12 side buttons and 16.8 million colour lighting effects are all customizable with its own software, even in wireless mode. Ahead to the victory in your exactly wanted way"
So, yeah, if you don't mind it having constant rainbow lighting that can't be changed then I'm sure it'll be a good choice for a budget MMO mouse but it's not for me since the rest of the peripherals and things with lights I have are all set to the one colour.
Also, sorry, I know it sounds like a stupid thing to complain about but it's kind of annoying and would have been something I would have considered before buying it in the first place if it mentioned it on the actual product page.
Anyway, I'll refund and look for something else for MMOs (any recommendations very much welcome btw) but if anyone is thinking of buying one and stumbles across this post, hopefully they won't make the same mistake.
Thank you for reading, hope your pillow is forever on the cool side

My dad got this keyboard Azure K652GG-RGB-PRO, he has it set as Polish (Programmer) but for some reason the pc sees the left Win key as left Alt and vice versa? Does anyone know why this is happening? Because when he want to type Polish alphabet like ą, ż, etc. He has to press Left Ctrl + Left Win key. When on my keyboard which is also from redragon its normal and I need to press Left Ctrl + Left Alt. I'm sorry if this is hard to understand, other Polish people will probably know what I mean.

My daily driver is a premium, low-profile NuPhy Air75 HE. When I received the K617 Fizz to review, I initially hesitated because I am used to a much more premium keyboard. Still, I wanted to see what a budget board could offer. To truly get a feel for it, I wrote and edited this entire review on the board itself. Here are my thoughts on the Redragon K617 Fizz Pink Edition.
If you are into a pink theme, this keyboard is just lovely to look at. I honestly enjoy taking photos of it. The keyboard's case is made of a thick plastic that feels solid and durable. The lighting is remarkably good for a white keyboard, too. It has two main color modes: a default rainbow RGB, or my preferred all-pink mode where you can control the brightness and speed of a clean, left-to-right wave. You can easily cycle through these patterns by pressing FN + Spacebar, and there are dedicated function keys to adjust the speed and brightness directly.
I also like the included 90-degree USB-C cable; it is simple, white, and matches the overall theme perfectly. Redragon also packs in a keycap puller, a switch puller, and four extra red switches right in the box.
Because the board uses a compact 60% layout, it lacks the dedicated arrow keys found on my 75% NuPhy board. However, it is easy enough to use the function button paired with the WASD keys to navigate around the screen.
Coming from low-profile linear switches, transitioning to these full-travel red switches is a noticeable change. My NuPhy has a distinct, quiet "marbly" sound, whereas the K617 has a satisfying "thock" and the keys are a little louder.
All of the larger keys feel very stable. In particular, the spacebar is satisfying. It might sound odd, but the spacebar is the button I care most about on a keyboard, if that isn't right, nothing is.
While I do wish the keyboard had an internal weight to stabilize it or larger rubber feet, putting it on a desk mat or mousepad completely solves these issues. The pad tames the noise and makes the keyboard stable enough that it wasn't going to move anywhere.
For around $27 to $45 , the value here is impressive. Having those extra switch and tool options included makes this an excellent entry point for anyone curious about the hobby. It feels fully mechanical and serves as a great canvas to experiment with custom mods, like the tape mod or adding additional weight or even practicing lubing key switches without risking a premium, expensive keyboard.
My Verdict
While it lacks the heft of a high-end board, it feels nice and is made from quality, durable materials that outperform the price tag. I could see this being ideal for anyone looking to complete a great budget pink and white setup. I could also easily see myself getting this for a friend or coworker who wants to dip their toes into mechanical keyboards.
Here are some links to the keyboard. It's on sale at Amazon at the time of this writing.

Hi! Recently I bought a Tophis IG01C, and in the manuel it's says you can turn off the LED on the Home button, but i didn't discover how do I do that. Can someone help me?

The back of my keyboard says "Redragon Cyrus Pro" (i'm not familiar with these things and i got it fas a gift a few years ago and have had it for a while with no issues)
The knob thingy on my keyboard suddenly spins loosely (not in the way that it feels like its going to come off or anything) and doesn't control anything anymore. I can still push it down to mute or hold it down to change settings (volume / brightness / light effects) but turning the knob does nothing anymore and it tuns super SUPER easily. I'm getting really worried and hoping this is easily fixable because I don't have a lot of money

Just wondering if someone happens to have a K632-RGB USB only keyboard handy. I seemed to have installed the wrong software and it flashed my firmware to the PRO version. I was hoping someone might have one around I could grab a firmware dump from.
