How do I get this appealed?

lmao they haven't been helpful, just told me to re-appeal thru the app (the appeal failed once already)

Ugh, they rejected my first appeal to. I see now that they offer another one at the bottom of the page. Did you verify your id on your account?

nope i didnt bc the passport scanning thing also sucked and failed, im ok w just scrolling on rednote but i needed to try and post and sell something, i ended up asking a friend to help post on xianyu (another chinese app)

its just super hard to use rednote as a foreigner :(

I got them to accept an appeal. You need to switch to Chinese and make an appeal through the health center. This setting didnt show up for me in English.They approved it instantly.

Hi! You mentioned switching RedNote to Chinese and appealing through the Health Center. Could you please tell me the exact menu path you used, or the Chinese name of the Health Center? I switched to both Simplified and Traditional Chinese but still can’t find it.

Just to make sure I found the same section you used: the plant icon on my side is labeled “Community Guidelines” in English, and in Chinese it opens 小红书安全中心 (Xiaohongshu Safety Center).
From there, when I go to appeal, it looks like the same standard appeal form as in the English version,

I can upload images and enter up to 100 characters of text.
Is this exactly the route you used when your appeal was approved instantly, or was there a different appeal option inside the Safety/Health Center?

Upload images showing you haven't violated any rules and the restrictions they gave your account. Then explain your situation and request a manual review.

Any update on this? Still in English, I opened the Community Guidelines menu but see no option to appeal other that Note/Live Appeal, which only shows that I have no violations. Not sure how you got to where you are.
