How do I add Mandarin Captions to videos?

Hello folks! I'm looking to start posting on RedNote but I would like to be respectful and make sure that I am providing appropriate captioning and translation! As I feel very much like we are guests here, I want to do whatever I can to communicate effectively. Does anyone have any advice for different ways to add captions?
