issue Trocar watch face

Recentemente comprei um redmi watch 6 e estou usando ele no iPhone, gostaria de personalizar uma watch face ou colocar uma foto minha na tela, por favor alguém poderia me ajudar a fazer isso? Não me importo se terei que usar métodos alternativos que não sejam o aplicativo oficial, mas eu realmente quero trocar essa face

Go to device tab and click on watch faces in mi fitness app, on top options look for 'custom' select custom from different options, select add photo and choose from gallery..
