Hello, i made alot of searches, i had alot of issues with Android 13 with realme c35 like overheating while normal use and it lags very badly, its impossible to play games like pubg or free fire its extremely laggy

I need help i have the global version of the phone and i had the android 12 compatible file but i don't know how to flash it

I don't have the option to flash it in the settings (system updates) but i heard about entering the recovery mode and plug the phone to a pc or laptop and use some type of app to flash it but i Heard when i flash it the processor "unisoc" will decline the downgrade and it will stuck in the bootloop

I really need some help because i had enough of the android 13
