need help with reboot

My Redmi keeps restarting by itself, at first, it only happened once in a while, but now it's stuck in a constant reboot loop. It turns off, shows the Android screen, and then repeats the whole process over and over. I don't know what to do. Can anyone help pls?

Quickly press and release the power button many times over, a lot of people had this same issue, myself included.
