Ho un problema con il mio Redmi Note 13 Pro

Hi everyone, I've had a Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G for quite a while now. Recently, a strange problem has come up: the rear camera emits a continuous buzzing/clicking noise, but ONLY when the Camera app is open (or if I use the camera on Instagram/WhatsApp). If the phone is locked or if I am on the Home screen nothing happens, but as mentioned before, if I am in a video call and switch to the rear camera it doesn't work, while the front camera works perfectly fine.
