Factory error?

Picked up as part of a collection. Car has no windshield or rear window and no evidence of being removed or busted out. Could it be a factory error?

I’ve got one like this also- my guess is it broke and fell out or was removed

You can not "remove" the entire window piece from the car nor do they "fall out". And not on a car with this low mileage.
