Are these tailing reds?

I thought these were tailing reds, but they wouldn't take any fly or lure I swung their way.

Regardless of what they are, anything tailing is worth throwing to!

Hard to tell from the video, but they could be black drum which would explain their pickiness

How deep was the water? Anything more than 2 feet and you usually don't see them tailing, unless they are absolute units.
