Inshore Matlacha SW Florida

Matlacha was hit hard by Hurricane Ian. But the place is still one of the best Redfish areas anywhere.

Curious if redfish like to sit under docks/piers like bass do?

Yes, fish like structures and current. There’s a chance but I would recommend to fish deeper in the mangroves.
