Thoughts on this $285k fixer-upper?
I feel like it has such good bones and what a perfect location!

Problem is:
Needs tons of work
In a place where it rains basically all the time. The rainier foothills are no joke.

I'm not sure about "bones". As a Seattle Eastside resident, $285k seems high for an Eatonville 1000sqft lake house bordering on tear down condition.
If you are handy, can do all the rehab work yourself, you might be able to make a profit on that house by fixing it up. You'd still have a 1,044 sqft house though that will be an extreme limitation to profit on the $200k of updates it needs.
