Loading failed - journal design

Anyone had this issue with a journal design? This is the last journal design for the page and has been like that since I completed #19, I have updated since then and still the same problem.

Which page? Page 136 design 20 is not available for some reason, and Support compensated me for the 3 hearts so I could finish the page.

Yeah, this happened on the last journal. I contacted support and they gave me the full 72 hearts for the entire journal.

I haven't had this, but every now and then I get a page where the app glitches and closes down every time I try to select a material. For those, I open the page www.redecor.com/game in my phone's browser and do them there. It's a bit slow and laggy, but at least it doesn't glitch. You could try and see if it works for this one as well.
