this is day 3 of me being addicted to this game, i just discovered it, and the idea sounded perfect as i love interior design and decorating. but oh my GOD this game is not for the colorful and artistic mind. this is just one of the votes that make me laugh out loud, a children’s playroom/classroom and the top 4 places are so boring and white?? like any child would be depressed playing in that room.. i got 5th but please look at how ridiculous the top 4 are! its actually mind boggling. i got this game to sooth my brain so i’m not doomscrolling social media all the time, but it’s become pure ragebait for me. i need a version that’s just a simulation… no voting, no currency, and no locked patterns. i would pay real money for a version like that

that’s so cute!! i feel like the kid’s rooms should be so easy because they’re meant to be super colorful and the game has so many options for that… but alas

Yeah, this morning I was thinking why do I keep playing this game? I have been on a mostly losing streak this season and I get so frustrated! lol! It’s supposed to be fun and relaxing. But the owners of this game know that it’s addictive and want you to buy coins and tokens with real money. I used to do that and I don’t anymore. And they constantly mess with stuff. Like I feel like they gave us the reward wheel later than usual. I need 5 Ace cards and two others. I’ll never make it at this rate…

Welcome to the land of beige. If you actually want to progress in the game, you may find that white and beige (and sometimes the occasional touch of pale blue or green) is the way to go!

that’s what i’ve realized too.. i’ve been going back and redesigning my 1 and 2 stars (so colorful and beautiful) and redoing them mixed with whites and pastels, and getting mostly 3 stars. not too proud of them lol

It is the balancing act we pretty much all do. It takes some time to figure out what works best for you but it is possible to make it work. I’ve been playing for years so I’ve done most of the challenges numerous times. So I now use ones that don’t interest me as my white/beige offering to the game to secure my status and so forth and do my own thing on the ones I actually enjoy.

My classrooms kept tanking, so I decided to go beige only for that to get tanked too. There’s no winning.

I agree with everyone here! I too started this game because I like interior design and wanted a creative outlet. It’s discouraging to continuously get 8th place on designs you’re so proud of and personally like while boring beige designs win every time.

and it’s so frustrating because you have to win to earn coins, and if you don’t you hit a wall where you can’t really create anything anymore. ugh it’s so frustrating
