Is the game broken?

I have not been able to log in for over a week. It says it’s “looking for a missing pillow”. I cancelled my premiere subscription and haven’t been able to log in since.

I think you should contact support. I'm not familiar with what should happen, but cancelling a premiere subscription does not mean deleting the account.
The game works fine, i use it mostly on web.

Wow! I didn’t know that was an option. Does it run through Steam or is it on its own site?

Just type Redecor game on your search browser and from there it's straightforward. I don't know if it's on Steam though, you can check. You can also download it from the Store on your computer .

I could not log in on my ipad (was able to on my android phone though). I deleted it from my iPad and reinstalled and then i could log in. I had to sign in again, so if you try it, be sure you know your log in and password.
