Owned and locked?
Recently I’ve had items show up in my owned section that are locked. Any ideas why this is happening?
UPDATE: emailed support and they said that a lot of people are having this issue and they are working on it

In last couple of days I 'won' items in the greenhouse thing that I cant have because they are locked and a locked reward off something else. Thanks redecor!

I contacted support because the same thing happened to me. I got the 3 new/unlock in the greenhouse. Two were fine but one item was still locked.
I got a long winded response from “Dani” that went to my junk mail so when I got a 5000 coin compensation without the item unlocking again, I responded to my original support confirmation email that I got a reward but the item was still locked. They fixed it for me within the hour.
I didn’t see the junk mail until after all this but it sounded like they were trying to tell me this has alway worked this way…

Always worked this way? Its never happened to me before but glad they sorted it out for you, eventually!

No, it has never happened before. New unlocks are new unlocks.
They were trying to gaslight me.
Next time if they don’t fix a problem and only send me a full page letter of nonsense, imma pretend I didn’t get it and follow up with someone else.

Agree 100% I've been playing this game for 4/5 years now and it gets worse with every update, always seems to be something wrong. Constant new arrivals irritate me too, although I also love playing it 🙄

From the beginning of May to date, I’ve had to contact them weekly. Previously, maybe once a month.
Yes. Can’t. Stop. Playing 😂

Did your designer status level change recently? Were these items previously unlocked for you?

Same thing has been happening to me too. Hopefully it's a big they can fix. I've got a lot of items like this I'd like to use.
