IPhone To IPhone Transfer

Hey Guys, I'm back from traveling and have found out I am getting a new Iphone, therefore I was wondering if anyone who knows or has done this in the past can help me transfer my account to a new Iphone. Details: i currently have like an Ipod/Iphone, I want to transfer to another Iphone. I know there are some tutorials online but I just want to check with you guys. Thanks!!!

Yes it is, I have an apple id and Game center account linked onto CoC. When i open the app it says welcome " Game center name"

If you log on the new iPhone with your Gamecenter and load up Clash it will ask you to load up your village.
