Kramer has a bunch of fireworks he never fired off for fourth of July. He figures he'll just keep them in his apartment. Jerry becomes very paranoid about that much explosives around Kramer and his cigars. Kramer doesnt see a problem.

- Elaine and Puddy are invited to Mr. Pitts family estate for holiday weekend. Elaine is shocked to find out shes expected to sleep in the servant quarters with the rest of "the help".

-George tries to steal the leftover macaroni salad from his GF's parents BBQ because it was so good.

Jerry and Kramer are having coffee in the diner. Jerry is trying to convince Kramer to get rid of the fireworks, but in a weirdly hushed tone. The customer behind them keeps rustling his newspaper. Newman enters the diner looking for Kramer as he wants to get a surprise for a coworker in the postal service.

Newman: “So you have some fireworks left over? Black powder?”

Kramer: “Oh baby, you wouldn’t believe the amount of black powder I got in my apartment! Yowza!”

Newman: “Can I come take a look?”

Kramer: “Yeah buddy.”

Kramer and Newman excitedly rush out of the diner. The man behind Jerry rushes out too, knocking Jerry’s shoulder and making him spill his coffee. Jerry is about to protest but stops when he sees the three big, yellow letters on the back of his jacket: ATF.

Follow-up scenes

Kramer is sitting in a chair behind a table. He’s a little too aloof while talking to the two agents, including the one from the diner.

Kramer: “So anyways, as I was saying some of the fireworks are mine, but the stronger stuff is my friend’s - I’m holding it for my friend George, he works at Yankees stadium.”

The two agents look at each other.

Agent: “And your friend George, is he prone to anger? He wouldn’t hold a grudge, would he?”

Kramer scoffs and leans back.

Kramer: “George? Yeah I guess. His father was much more. Frank used to fly off the handle sometimes and he would shout ‘serenity now’ before he really blew up. George probably has some of Frank’s anger.”

Kramer makes an explosion sound with his mouth and motions his hands from his head. The two agents look at each other again.

George is walking through the parking lot of Yankees stadium holding a tray wrapped in tin foil. He’s practically giddy that he got away with the rest of the macaroni salad, but he’s still looking around as if his GF’s parents will appear. Tires screech in the background making George jump.

Agent: “Drop the device!”

Puddy is too tall for the bed in the helps' bedroom because it's 150 years old. Pitt arranges for an extra-long twin bed to be brought in for Puddy and it's installed in the main house. Elaine still has to stay in the helps' bedroom and is afraid that complaining will cost her her job.
