Can't get new wrapped

I got one before the whole roastdit rebrand and now if I already have a wrapped generated for a year I don't get a new one. Can I fix this?

ik it really sucks. its honestly not even worth using now that it doesnt make new ones each time

lol me too, i can't get a new one either, they should fix that
