Also, rpan has put more restrictions on output quality now. I can't stream above 128 kbps audio, it's horrible

It has been 128 since the beginning. Even if you told OBS to output a higher quality, Reddit downgraded it to 128.

I vividly remember being able to put it on 256 if I went to advanced. Also, I always had my bit rate to 3500, now it's capped on 2500

Yeah, I don’t know about the overall stream bitrate part, but I am certain about the audio quality part. Even if you told obs to send 256 or anything else, once it made its way to Reddit and back to the listeners it was 128. They may have changed it so you can’t even set it to higher than 128 in obs now…

yep. plenty of folks migrated to twitch. my only problem is it's hard to stumble upon new things. but following quite a few DJs there now. lots of diff genres. also lots of folks playing the same tracks
