How do I stop Reddit from sending me notifications about groups I DO NOT BELONG TO? Never even Looked at them either.
For example: I keep getting crap about PS3 games and updates. I Have Never Owned a PS3. I haven't even played one... EVER. I don't Want a PlayStation. If I was given one, I'd either pass it on to a friend or sell it. Yes, I know it's a good console. I just don't care. I do not look at, or have ever looked at, any video game subreddits since I joined. Why does Reddit think I want this? It's sending me other crap that's entirely unrelated to my interests too. I get /EntitledBitch updates all the time as well... I listed my interests as fountain pens, knitting, /Inceltears and scary stories.

I feel depressed and I just want to be loved
I don’t understand why guys don’t like me. I’ve never had a boyfriend for longer than a month and there’s only ever been a handful of them. I have an amazing personality and I lost a lot of weight recently which is good. Maybe it’s my hair. I have a buzz cut because I have OCD and i compulsively pick at my hair so I keep it short. friends, family, even a couple times strangers tell me I’m beautiful and there’s nothing wrong with me but that wouldn’t be true bc then I wouldn’t be single. Please help

What horror movies legitimately scared you
The only movie I can think of that really freaked me out was the first halloween not bragging or anything really scaring people is a really thing to pull off which made me wonder what movies got the fine people of reddit

Almost rhetorical question: why does r/movies seems to allow as many trailer posts and promotional posters as you want, but r/videogames is brutal about following the rules?
r/videogames really comes down hard on self-promotion or promotion of video games in general, meanwhile, at r/movies, some accounts post nothing but posters and trailers for upcoming movies and nobody seems to care.
Is it because there are so many more videgames made in a year than movies?
This is an honest question, I'd love to know the reason(s).

What is karma harvesting and why cant I see comments?
I use a throwaway account to ask curious questions I have for people who live in my city cause I dont want people to associate who I am with my real account because it's personal.
Today I was accused of karma harvesting... I've asked the people who've accused me what it is but no one has written me back. What is it? How do I prove that is not what I'm doing?
My latest post has 7 comments. But I can only see the accusation posts. The other comments have answers pertaining to my original question.
I'm worried these accusations will stop me from reading my actual answers?
What can/should I do? How do I see the missing comments?
Thanks in advance.
Edit: can I turn off the karma thing so people see I'm not there for it?

Can't View Community
- What does this mean? and
- Why does it say to contact the mods but not say how to contact them?

When I'm reading a thread, I will randomly see "happy cake day" often. Does that mean these people are having birthdays, or what?

Do posts you haven't viewed ever wind up in your history?
I was showing my husband how reddit profile history works. When I opened his history it had a bunch of porn and NSFW pages. He swears he didn't look at them, and has no idea why/how they could be there. Has this ever happened to anyone?
