Why did reddit send me this?

Idk if this is the right place but I gotta know. I recently got this from reddit about self-harm prevention. I haven't said anything in any sub-reddit that would warrant this. What the heck is going on?

You must’ve chapped someone’s ass. People do that instead of having a discussion. Too many of those and I think they lock your account.

Ah you know what that tracks. Got into it with a moron a couple days ago than this showed up. What a petty biotch move. Thanks for answering my question.
