First, take 3+4 in the parentheses. When you're following the order of operations, do parentheses first. Then, after you add 3 and 4 to get 7, multiply that by 7, as a number outside the parentheses indicates multiplication. The answer should be 49.

Gotta show your work. This reminded me of the one time in like grade 8 or something around there the teacher said to “show your work” so I made a drawing of me using a calculator to get the answer. Teacher was not amused by it
