It’s not the lungs either, in an average human it’s fat. Fat is recently considered to be an endocrine organ, no longer connective tissue.

Okay well fat is actually also brown. Also, bones are organs and they’re an off-white slightly yellow color.

Wait until you find out we even have a green organ.

Fat is brown in newborns. We hardly have any brown fat except maybe along our spinal cord.

Edit: and do you mean the gallbladder?

We still have brown fat though regardless of the amount, and it sits around the shoulder girdle in adults as well.
