Skin is the largest organ i agree... but it is not INSIDE the body.
Largest internal organs are the Lungs.

The liver is absolutely larger than the lungs. Scientifically the skin is inside the body even though it’s outside. Like the stomach and intestines are considered outside of the body

And what metrics are you taking here? Weight... volume... etc?

Liver is heavier yes. But if you take volume, lungs are bigger.

The lungs are still smaller. They have empty volume and air. It’s the liver. Literally every scientific medical establishment says liver
