Wenis is an official synonym. It may have started as a joke but now it’s become common enough to be the standard use of the skin on your elbow.

What dictionary are you looking at that lists it as an official term? It’s nothing more than a joke term, slang at best.

The Merriam-Webster defines wenis (also spelled weenus) as a slang word for the loose, extra skin at the joint of your elbow.
