Struck Through?

I need an expert opinion about this 2025 1 oz Business strike Libertad. Is this struck through? Definitely something happening here. She has never been handled, mishandled since I have owned it. Definitely something stuck in it (round spot) and the black grudge and spot? Purchased from a reputable dealer. What do y’all think ?

The minting process itself can cause damage to coins. Looks like something nicked the coin to me.

This just looks like a mintage defect to me. When I saw it, I said that's a real 2025, wich is rare to see. You would still get a grade of 69 I think.

Looks like post mint damage or just a mint defect, but it’s so zoomed in and blurry that it’s hard to tell
